Commercial-grade warm-white C9 LEDs on your roofline, trees and door. We supply the lights, hang them on clips, set the timer, fix anything that goes out, and take it all down in January. You're leasing the lights for the season, so you never own a tangled bin in the garage.
One free fix-it visit is included. A strand goes out, text us, we're there within 48 hours.
Install slots open through December 10. Lights come down the first two weeks of January, weather permitting.

Every gutter cleaned, downspouts flushed, debris hauled, photo sent. Do it before the ice has a chance.
Roof snow and ice dams
We rake the eaves after big storms so meltwater ends up on the ground, not in your ceiling.
Shoveling
Driveway, walk and steps, cleared and salted. Per storm, or a season pass so you never think about it again.

Weekly walkthroughs with a photo report for homes that sit empty. What your insurer wants, and what you'd want anyway.

Questions
Do I have to be home?
No. We need power at an outdoor outlet and a clear path around the house. Leave the gate unlocked and we'll text a photo when it's done.
What if my roofline is longer than 120 feet?
Book the base package. We check the length from your address before the install and text you if it's over. Extra footage is $60 per 10 feet, and you approve it before anyone shows up.
Can you hang the lights I already own?
Yes, that's the install-only package. Have them laid out and working before we arrive. We can't repair old strands on site.
Can I book more than one thing at once?
Yes. Lights plus gutters is the common one. We're already on the ladder, so it's cheaper than two visits. Add anything to the same booking and we do it in one trip.
When do the lights come down?
The first two weeks of January, weather permitting. It's included. We store the lights and you're first in line next year.

Text us. One fix-it visit per season is free and we'll be out within 48 hours.
What's the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 48 hours before your window. Inside 48 hours, 50%. Weather days we reschedule at no charge.
